Should I trade Joe Mauer of Carlos Pena?
my tank backup Jason Varitek, but I could really use HR Pena strikes.
No. Mauer is high (if not the best) receiver in the league. Pena is not all hit homeruns. You're shopping for a mid-level Mauer 1B. Is therefore not my answer.
