Which auto is better 2010 Honda Fit (Sport) vs 2009 Suzuki Crossover (Technology FWD)?

Have almost same offer from both sides of the dealership. That aside, if all other things are same (interest rate, mo. pmts, etc.), which one is a better car in so far as long term motor performance?
The reason to ask is to get a history of experience. Neither my colleagues nor friends own either car. I do know that Consumer Reports gave a good rating for the Suzuki.
Golga-I read the latest CR mag. and they don't mention the Suzukis, either good or bad. I would think the Vitara would get mention, even if negative.

Both are entry level, but both makers are known for decent quality cars...though Honda is a bit higher on the reliability scale. If you live in a big city, Hondas tend to be prone to theft, so in that area, I'd say Suzuki gets the advantage. You might want to see if you can get better insurance rates on one over the other, if the difference is enough, it might be reason enough to push you toward one over the other.

I just looked at the Consumer Reports website, and I couldn't find any actual reviews regarding the Suzuki, only an article about how you could potentially get a pretty good deal on them.
