I think you've coped quite well with a range of different situations. There are some nice shots in there, and you obviously aren't afraid to get in the thick of it. Well done.

Apart from the exposure issues that have been mentioned already, you could improve on the posed outdoor group shots (page 6) by tightening up the composition and paying closer attention to backgrounds.

Experimenting with different angles and quirky poses shows you work well with people, just need to persuade them to get a bit closer together.... It's not gay, it's art!
